Training and support
We love having new franchisees and what we provide gives us enormous satisfaction. We have established a specific organisation focused in supporting our franchisees in their local markets.
This organisation assists on operational support, visual merchandising, training, POS materials and uniforms, marketing materials and knowledge sharing.
The training for store managers are held as groups in regional sessions while in-store training is required for all remaining employees.
The marketing materials include marketing campaigns, digital communication as well as social media use to help your local franchise boosts sales in your area.
