Training and support
Franchisees are offered support from day one. Oltco’s dedicated Account Managers mentor and help franchisees meet their goals and are there to offer guidance with any technical issues.
As part of the process, franchisees undergo an intensive two-week training course at Oltco’s HQ in Cornwall to learn everything about the business from installation and sales through to company ethos and values.
Continued support is also guaranteed to all franchisees which covers everything from generating and qualifying leads, to advertising, invoicing, ordering and after sales care.
