Millie’s Cookies was founded in 1985 opening its first store on Oxford Street, London. Ever since it has been a pleasurable delight for millions of people across the world, baking fresh cookies all day every day.
Today we have over 108 stores within the UK and we’re proud to offer not only freshly prepared cookies, but also muffins, cakes, ice-cream, smoothies, shakes, hot chocolate, tea and coffee. All our cookies are made with Millie’s ‘know how’ using only premium natural flavours, no hydrogenated fats, artificial sweeteners or additives!
New expansion plans

Every day we are receiving enquiries from interested parties for Development Agreements ranging from 5 or 6 outlets in a specified area, up to full Country Development plans across the Globe.

Training and support
Our cookies and muffins are baked fresh in store every day. Ensuring the taste, quality and consistency of product is therefore a key part of the training, not to mention the delivery of a friendly and efficient service.
Our training programme is carried out by one of our brand experts who will share all aspects of the brand with the trainees in a working Millie’s store. You will get hands-on experience from day one in a real Millie’s environment engaging with Millie’s customers and understanding what makes our product and brand so special.
You will learn about the brand, health and safety, brand standards, how to bake, brew and shake, how to manage shifts to match business needs, how to train your staff into understanding operational and food standards, marketing, planning and at the end of the training you will be able to run one of our stores on your own!
We will assess you all the way through the process to ensure you have achieved our standards. We will support you if you need more training and you will always have a point of contact to ask questions if you need help in the future .
