Franchising details
We specialises on offering high quality house cleaning services to households from small to large in scale with our fully vetted, referenced checked as well as insured cleaners. This is due to our extensive database of professional home cleaners that matches the specific needs of our customers. Clients are given the chance to interview their selected cleaners and decide on whether to change or have them as their permanent home cleaners.
Our business model is unique and distinguished in so many ways. For one, it allows for the consistency of prices, making each franchise as competitive as the other. Next, we have the utmost respect for the environment as we only use environment-friendly materials and equipment. Our franchisees and customers may rest assured that all our carbon footprints are small and we're dedicated in making positive impact on the environment. Maid2Clean offers a different approach to other cleaning franchises as we focus not only in the cleaning aspect but on the management as well. Permanent cleaners are dedicated in giving customers their weekly specific needs while investments are made in researching for a more effective way of cleaning. This makes up to 90% of repeat business which is highly favourable both to us and to our franchisees. We also operate on a comparatively lower costs as there is no extra staff, uniform and equipment costs.
