Training and support
The Leadership Management UK franchise package has been carefully tailored to cover everything required. At the very beginning, you will receive nine days of comprehensive training in all aspects of the business. This will mean induction and administration components, and training in all LMI and Prevue products and services. You will also receive training and engage in workshops about building your business and marketing effectively. And there will be training in results-focused techniques for coaching and facilitation.
Further to this, you will receive ongoing on-the-job support, so you will never be left stranded, wondering what to do next. Your first year insurances will be covered - both public and professional indemnity. And there will be bi-monthly training forums to keep your CPD progressing.
