Training and support
Guinot has produced and developed an extensive and comprehensive training programme which tests the franchisee's ability in all aspects in running the business. The initial training and induction will be held at our head office and will last for one week. It will cover topics such as daily operations, brand knowledge, marketing and salon software. A 2-day shadowing practical operation will follow at our chosen reference salon. We will also guide you in the launching of the new outlet with special assistance in merchandising, best practices and retailing. Ongoing support will be available through our head office, refresher seminars and our interactive phone application.
