Training and support
CityLocal is proud to offer a full training programme and an extensive support network for new franchisees.
Each new franchise costs between £5750 and £9950, and this license lasts for five years. Furthermore, every franchisee has exclusivity over their chosen geographical region.
The price of the franchise includes the cost of the local website as well as a dedicated marketing website. It also covers all training, as well as business cards and brochures, plus unlimited support via phone, email and Skype.
We offer an intensive three-day training programme for all new members. This includes one day at our headquarters in Leicester, with training typically taking place on a Tuesday between 1pm and 5.30pm. The other two days of training can be carried out remotely, so franchisees can take part from the comfort of their own home or from their office.
Days two and three of the training course are generally held on a Wednesday and Thursday, and last from 9.30am until 2.30pm.
For franchisees who are taking part in the training course remotely, a good internet connection is essential.
A full marketing pack is provided to all franchisees, and this includes brochures, window stickers, PowerPoint presentations and business cards.
Once a new franchisee has come on board, they will also have instant access to our private online forum where they can swap ideas and strategies with their colleagues across the world.
We also provide franchisees with their own CityLocal branded Facebook page, and smartphone app, so that each new website is ready to launch as quickly as possible.
