Complete Entertainment eXchange, or more widely known as CeX, is a home for used entertainment tech and electronics.
We cater to people who have a passion for buying and selling second hand entertainment products ranging from mobile phones, DVDs, Blu-ray films, computers, video games, digital electronics, TVs and CDs.
CeX is currently open in over 350 outlets nationwide, the majority of which operate as franchises.
CeX is a member of the British Franchising Association and is accredited by most major national banks. Our business may rely on old products but our business model is current and is making a wave in the modern state of market competitiveness.

Training and support
We help and support our franchisees in every possible way.
Firstly, we will provide the initial training at a local corporate store and conduct an on-going procedure updates.
Our dedicated support team and experts will also advice you on stock and pricing, intranet system and business services as well as hands-on store identification, design and outfit.
New franchisees can expect to enjoy a return on investment in only 18 months.
