International Fitness Showcase

As the name suggests, this event is a gathering of talented fitness fanatics from across the globe. It has a jam-packed schedule of lectures, workshops and exercise classes, from dance and aerobics to combat sessions.

Elevate Therapy & Elite

This is a new event; the organisers have combined the two separate Elevate and Elite events to create one wide-ranging exhibition. More than 8,000 people are expected to attend and learn more about the industry’s latest products, trends and innovations.

BodyPower

This three-day event attracts hundreds of thousands of people; more than any other health, fitness and bodybuilding show in the UK. It’s also the UK’s most famous fitness show, drawing industry experts to lead theoretical and practical workshops. The event hosts fitness challenges like Brazilian jiu-jitsu championships, bodybuilding competitions and even a Spartan race! And you’ll be able to access discounts on clothing, supplements, gym memberships and fitness courses.

Running and outdoor sports events and conferences

National Running Show

If you want to learn more about your own personal fitness, this is the event for you. The National Running Show involves over 150 exhibitors and 10,000 runners, but its unique selling point is its 10 interactive features. Experts can assess your gait and test your musculoskeletal strength and flexibility. You can also watch a live biomechanical running analysis and talk to the Hydrastion team.

Triathlon Show

For all things ‘triathlon’, head to this industry show, which hosts 300 brands and draws in 20,000 visitors every year. You’ll be able to meet with famous triathletes like the Brownlee brothers, as well as a broad range of other fitness experts, from nutritionists to injury specialists to psychologists. You’ll even get the chance to take a look at the latest wetsuits and try out new bikes on the 300m indoor test track.

Wellbeing events and conferences

OM Yoga Show

Yoga is becoming increasingly popular in the UK, and if you’d like to join the ‘wellness’ sector, this event is for you. Established over a decade ago, it’s now Europe’s biggest yoga event, attracting more than 30,000 visitors every year. You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about leading yoga brands and take part in workshops, seminars and yoga classes. The event even offers discounts on clothing, supplements and yoga accessories.

WELLTODO Summit

This one-day event hosts live discussions and workshops from 12-7pm, and networking drinks from 7-9pm, so there’s plenty of time to socialise with industry experts at the end of the day. Focussing on the wellness sector, WELLTODO invites business owners, investors, stakeholders and consumers to meet and share insight. There will be 10 panel discussions, two keynote sessions, five roundtables, and over 30 different speakers.

Women’s events

Women’s Health Live 2020

This three-day event is organised with women in mind, and its organisers encourage all women with an interest in fitness to come along. If you do, you’ll be able to meet some of the world’s leading health specialists, sit in on fascinating panel talks and get involved in state-of-the-art, immersive workout sessions. There’s also the chance to meet famous faces from the fitness sector, including sports personalities.
