About Wolf
Franchise
WOLF – fast, convenient, healthy and Italian
WOLF was born in April 2015 with its first store in Chiswick Business Park, London.
WOLF is designed to bring true Italian Street Food to the ever-growing ‘fast casual’ food market. Focusing on great ingredients, healthy Italian food and speed of service.
The concept has been designed to be a low skill, high quality operation that has strong branding and mass appeal. The stores can operate on an A1 store footprint from morning to night providing breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as alcohol subject to licensing.
- Speed. We do not tolerate >5 min queuing time and >10 min at peak times and we have express tills and a grab and go offer to ensure the maximum speed of service is achieved throughout the trading day, as time is the new currency
- Convenience. With eat in, take away and delivery options our product can be consumed at the workplace, on the high street or at home
- Health. Our food is free from the perceived negatives of the traditional Italian offer (high carb, saturated fats, inflexibility of traditional recipes). It suited to whoever wants to eat healthy food without compromising on taste
- Provenance. We source our ingredients locally, wherever possible. All our meats are British farmed and we buy the rest from reputed Italian purveyors
- Personalisation without inefficiencies. We have designed the menu to offer our customers hundreds of thousands of possible combinations, using a limited number of ingredients to minimise wastage
- Ambience/Experience. All our restaurants have a distinctive design and ambience, achieved by working with the most reputed agencies in the UK, and a welcoming and buzzing atmosphere
The WOLF Business Model
• Delicious, competitively-priced Italian street food available to eat in, take away or delivered
• Catering for a variety of consumers groups across age, gender, status and lifestyle.
• A1 use (= no need for outside extraction) allowing full location flexibility
• Strong intrinsic economics, from food cost to labour ratios, resulting in high ROI potential: our company-owned store generates a >£120,000 EBITDA
• We already operate 3 franchise stores with another 10+ in development.
• Alongside owner/operators, our franchise is available also to passive investors via our managed franchise programme.
Franchising is a crucial part of our brand expansion strategy
We are currently seeking multi-unit franchisees across the UK.
Do you share the same passion for our concept and the will to be successful with it? If so we would love to have a chat with you about this exciting opportunity.
