Addison Thomas and Doug Grill step up to the roles of COO and Regional Vice President at Dent Wizard.
Dent Wizard International has seen several significant changes to its leadership team in recent weeks. Not only has Mike Black stepped into the shoes of Dent Wizard’s CEO, more recently Addison Thomas has been appointed to fill Black’s previous position of COO and Doug Grill has taken on the role of Regional Vice President of the Mid-South region in America.
These promotions are welcome news for Dent Wizard as Black states he’s confident that both business leaders will bring significant value to the company’s clients and partners in their new positions.
Addison Thomas has been with Dent Wizard for almost two decades, taking on several roles but his most recent being Regional Vice President of the Mid-South region. As well as taking on Black’s previous responsibility, Thomas will lead the core service operations team in his new role as COO. It’s clear that Black things Thomas is the right person for the job having already personally worked with him for over 20 years. He commented “Addison’s focus on people, process, and delivering customer value is second to none.”
Speaking about the team Thomas will be working with, Black said “he inherits a great group of experiences leaders who bring tremendous intellectual capital and proven performance to his senior team.”
Meanwhile, Doug Grill has filled Thomas’ old position having moved from his role of Regional Director of Operations in the Southeast region. Since joining the company five years ago, Grill worked in sales and client services roles until moving up to Regional Vice President. Speaking of Grill’s promotion, Black said, “Doug’s work ethic and people skills, combined with his drive to win, make him an exceptional asset. He’s the perfect example of the bench strength we have throughout our organization”.
