The business has been operating for over 40 years and has the backing of parent company Guardsman, which has been an expert in furniture care since 1915. We’re pleased to welcome the esteemed company to our large network.
The carpet and upholstery cleaning franchise offers an expert cleaning service that can get rid of unsightly marks and general wear from carpets, soft furnishings and even mattresses. Even difficult stains, such as red wine, are no match for the specially formulated cleaning products. As well as removing stubborn stains and refreshing tired-looking carpets, Safeclean also offers anti-allergy treatments, which can remove pet dander and allergens that become embedded in soft furnishing and carpets. Customers who suffer from dust or pet hair allergies find these treatments make their homes much more comfortable to live in.
The franchise can even deodorise and sanitise carpets and upholstery if they’re the unfortunate victim of any unpleasant accidents. Selected franchisees even offer hard floor cleaning to keep laminate, stone or vinyl floors looking their best.
Set up by Desmond Cook in 1965, Safeclean has expanded across the UK and now has over 50 franchisees. As part of the trusted Guardsman network, it also undertakes work through its Furniture Protection Plan, ensuring the homes of insured customers are restored after damage or accidents.
New franchisees will receive a fully liveried van, top-of-the-range cleaning machinery and professional cleaning products to begin their journey with. Extensive training is also provided by Safeclean’s Franchise Manager and other successful franchisees, to ensure every aspect of the business, from marketing to daily running of the company, is as simple as possible. The franchise hosts regular discovery days for potential new franchisees and is seeking to expand even further across the UK.
