The US born global fast food franchise announced it is rolling out a limited-edition Christmas packaging and a new festive menu that will make its patrons taste buds jingle all across the UK and select locations in Europe, US, Latin America and Asia.
The new festive menu includes a special meat-lover Whopper sandwich, a delicious combo of a Whopper patty topped with tasty chorizo, Chipotle sauce that adds an extra kick of flavour and the burger is spread with a delicate layer of creamy mayo.
And for the ravenous cheese lovers out there, the Quattro Cheese Whopper sandwich features a Whopper patty topped with a crunchy cheese patty and a generous ration of cheddar cheese sauce. Chicken lovers get to savour the Quattro Cheese Tendercrisp with a crunchy cheese patty.
Shortly after Christmas the jolly merry menu will give way to Winter Whopperland with burgers sold from the 12th of January and at a recommended price of £4.99 for the burger and £6.69 for a meal.
Whopperland will also feature the Shaker fries, crispy fries sprinkled with BBQ seasoning and Chicken Strip you can dip in BBQ sauce. All for the tiny price of £2.49 for two pieces and £3.99 for four.
The new limited-edition Christmas packaging celebrates the season with reindeer and mistletoe-clad coffee cups, Santa’s belly-inspired sandwich wraps, festive takeaway bags made of Christmassy wrappings and the Chicken Fries box is covered with adored holiday-themed characters. This seasons’ Burger King Crown features an Unlucky Santa and his very distinctive way of delivering children’s presents on this jolly season. The franchises’ new limited-edition Christmas packaging and Winter Whopperland menu will be available at participating Burger King restaurants across the UK from the 12 of January 2018.
